About the role

  • Drive Sparteo's strategic expansion into the Connected TV ecosystem by building partnerships with CTV device manufacturers and app developers across EMEA & US
  • Systematically identify and map strategic targets in the CTV landscape (smart TV manufacturers, streaming device makers, top-tier CTV/OTT publishers)
  • Develop and articulate tailored value propositions demonstrating Sparteo’s technology for monetization
  • Lead complex commercial negotiations to structure and close multi-year partnership agreements
  • Act as market expert on CTV, maintain competitive and technology intelligence
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to translate market feedback into product improvements
  • Represent Sparteo at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
  • Coordinate onboarding and handover to Account Management and Solutions Engineering post-signature
  • Serve as strategic point of contact during initial months to ensure integration and meet performance KPIs

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development or strategic sales within AdTech or digital media
  • 2-3 years focused on the Connected TV (CTV) ecosystem
  • Proven, active network of contacts within CTV/OEM manufacturers (e.g., Samsung, LG, Vizio, Roku, TCL) and/or major CTV app publishers
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising (programmatic, display, video, audio) or CTV/app monetization
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proactive, results-driven attitude and ability to thrive in fast-paced, data-centric environments
  • Ability to adapt strategies based on market feedback and performance analytics
