Drive Sparteo's strategic expansion into the Connected TV ecosystem by building partnerships with CTV device manufacturers and app developers across EMEA & US
Systematically identify and map strategic targets in the CTV landscape (smart TV manufacturers, streaming device makers, top-tier CTV/OTT publishers)
Develop and articulate tailored value propositions demonstrating Sparteo’s technology for monetization
Lead complex commercial negotiations to structure and close multi-year partnership agreements
Act as market expert on CTV, maintain competitive and technology intelligence
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to translate market feedback into product improvements
Represent Sparteo at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
Coordinate onboarding and handover to Account Management and Solutions Engineering post-signature
Serve as strategic point of contact during initial months to ensure integration and meet performance KPIs
Requirements
5+ years of experience in business development or strategic sales within AdTech or digital media
2-3 years focused on the Connected TV (CTV) ecosystem
Proven, active network of contacts within CTV/OEM manufacturers (e.g., Samsung, LG, Vizio, Roku, TCL) and/or major CTV app publishers
Strong understanding of digital advertising (programmatic, display, video, audio) or CTV/app monetization
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proactive, results-driven attitude and ability to thrive in fast-paced, data-centric environments
Ability to adapt strategies based on market feedback and performance analytics
