About the role
- Develop and execute comprehensive offline marketing strategies to drive awareness and customer acquisition
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution across linear TV, CTV/OTT, satellite radio, podcast, and local radio, including media planning, creative development, and performance tracking
- Identify and evaluate new offline channel opportunities to expand reach and diversify marketing efforts
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., creative, analytics, product) to ensure campaign execution, measurement, and consistent brand messaging
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights to optimize spend and improve ROI
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to continuously refine strategies and improve campaign effectiveness
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in offline marketing
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors as needed
- Manage and optimize budgets for all assigned offline channels
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a strong focus on offline channels
- Demonstrated experience in managing and optimizing campaigns across linear TV, Connected TV/Over-the-Top (CTV/OTT), satellite radio, podcast, or local radio
- Experience managing monthly campaign budgets of $500K+
- Proven ability to drive customer acquisition and awareness through traditional media
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to marketing
- Proficiency in marketing analytics platforms and tools
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
