About the role
- Sell iSpot Media Measurement and Attribution services in the Western territory of the U.S.
- Manage all aspects of client selling: prospecting, presenting, proposal generation, relationship management, closing and transition
- Develop and execute territory account plans to achieve and exceed individual quota responsibility
- Position new opportunities/products and run demos with customized positioning to meet prospective client pain points
- Build and consistently deliver an accurately forecasted pipeline
- Manage multiple customer sales cycles and close effectively, including navigation of negotiations and contract editing
- Develop strong relationships with key decision makers, influencers and partners within identified territory
- Work with iSpot’s third party partners to win and maintain business
- Utilize customer and prospect contact activities, tools and systems, and update relevant information held in these systems
- Deploy the iSpot Sales Process to effectively move opportunities through pipeline
- Leverage continued trainings offered at iSpot to improve sales results
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of consultative B2B sales experience in an agency, research or digital media services firm with a focus on selling subscription-based services to brands
- 5 - 10 years of experience working in a client-facing role with mid to senior level personnel
- A track record of success in selling complex offerings across an organization
- Ability to prioritize, organize and operate in a fast moving, entrepreneurial start-up environment
- Demonstrated ability to work remotely, present virtually, and communicate effectively with HQ teams
- Exceptional verbal and written communication & presentation skills
- Comprehension to effectively articulate a unique value proposition that resonates with client needs
- Strong Media Measurement and/or SaaS sales experience
- Ability to develop and cultivate strong customer relationships and achieve trusted-advisor status
- Strong collaboration skills across Data Science, Custom Analytics, Customer Success and Executive Team
- Diligence to work efficiently and effectively, independently and as part of a team, to achieve sales quota
- Skills to extract data and creative insights from the iSpot platform and generate unique and compelling insights for clients
- Passion and energy for storytelling based on data insights and genuine interest in TV media & creative
- Strong relationships with key brand contacts (executive and operational)
- Preferred: Advertising measurement/creative assessment experience
- Preferred: Deep understanding of media planning, media buying, advertising technology, and digital media with emphasis on linear TV, OTT/Streaming, Addressable
- Tools: Salesforce, Intelligence360, Highspot, Zoom, Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint), Chorus
