About the role
- Create and manage a yearly budget of $500k+ Amazon Sponsored Ads campaigns across multiple countries using a PPC automation tool
- Establish and implement brand marketing strategies to gain market share on Amazon and off Amazon (Shopify, TikTok, Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
- Track and optimize organic and PPC KPIs, monitor competition, and take action (pricing, rankings, promotions)
- Coordinate with contractors and use AI tools to generate creative content (product photos, A+ content, videos)
- Maintain and optimize Amazon Stores and Shopify websites across countries
- Report mainly to one founder in Mauritius (GMT+4) and occasionally connect with the other in California (PST)
- Work full-time remotely with flexible hours as an independent contractor
Requirements
- End-to-end mastery of Amazon marketing and Seller Central
- Proven experience running Amazon Sponsored Ads with yearly budgets of $100k+ using rule-based automation tools (e.g. Scale Insights, Pacvue, Perpetua)
- Fluent with PPC metrics and strategies (CTR, Conversion Rate, ACOS, ROAS, TACOS)
- Ability to work independently, manage your own time, and deliver measurable results
- Experience as an Amazon brand or PPC manager (preferred)
- Experience driving external traffic to Amazon (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) (preferred)
- Experience with Shopify or TikTok Commerce (preferred)
- Familiarity with AMC and DSP (preferred)
