About the role
- Own the go-to-market strategy and revenue performance for Insurance and Mortgage verticals
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to launch products, drive adoption, and optimize performance across the full marketing funnel
- Serve as the strategic owner of positioning, pricing, packaging, and promotions
- Define and drive integrated go-to-market strategies and execute new product launches and feature releases
- Work cross-functionally to optimize the digital shopping experience and channel performance
- Craft value propositions, messaging frameworks, and positioning strategies
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (sales, conversion, channel performance, retention, customer LTV, and other KPIs)
- Partner with Product, Marketing Channels, eCommerce, CRO, Business Intelligence, B2B sales, and Creative Design to drive revenue growth
- Lead customer, competitor, and market research, synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data to inform strategy
- Contribute to a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision making
Requirements
- 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a core product marketing role
- Proven success in both DTC and B2B (or B2B2C) environments, managing product marketing for digital products or services
- Experience scaling businesses in earlier stage companies
- Deep customer curiosity and a track record of leveraging research and customer insights (e.g., WTP studies, market surveys, focus groups) to inform positioning and strategy
- Experience owning the end-to-end GTM process from launch planning to campaign and performance optimization
- Deep understanding of performance marketing and how product marketing supports demand generation
- Track record of driving customer acquisition and engagement through effective storytelling and persuasive messaging
- Familiarity with mobile-first user experiences and how cross-platform behavior drives decision making and conversion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to influence and align stakeholders across levels and teams
