Requirements
- Hands-on experience with paid media campaigns (search, social, and display) with a global focus\n
- Strong grasp of marketing metrics (CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, etc.) and how to interpret them\n
- Comfort working with large datasets and conducting detailed performance analysis\n
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Looker, Excel, or similar BI platforms\n
- A curious, analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail\n
- Excellent communication skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights\n
- Bonus: Experience with SQL, Python, or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
