About the role
- Develop and execute a global SEO roadmap (technical, on-page, content) to improve rankings and traffic.
- Conduct audits, keyword research, and performance tracking across web properties.
- Lead App Store Optimization (ASO) strategy across iOS and Android for all key markets.
- Manage localization, A/B testing, creatives, and in-app events in multiple languages.
- Plan and execute paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, and web3 ad networks.
- Optimize for cost-effective installs, retention, and user quality.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to drive growth experiments, funnel improvements, and user lifecycle initiatives.
- Analytics & Reporting: maintain dashboards, monitor KPIs, and own performance reporting across all acquisition channels.
Requirements
- 5+ years in growth marketing, with deep hands-on experience in SEO, ASO, and performance media
- Strong familiarity with tools such as Plausible, Adjust, GA4, GSC, Firebase, Sensor Tower, App Store Connect
- Experience working in crypto/Web3, fintech, or high-growth mobile product environments
- Data-driven mindset, with a bias for action and experimentation
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced remote setup.
