Technical Customer Support – Contractor

• Identify, initiate, and close strategic partnerships with projects building within the ecosystem partner networks
• Serve as the primary relationship owner between Trust Wallet and key ecosystem partner stakeholders, including DeFi projects, DeFi protocols, and network validators

• Define and execute the product roadmap across stablecoin payments, fiat on/off ramp, merchant payment gateway, card-issuing partnership and cross-border payments
• Navigate and translate global regulatory requirements into clear, actionable product decisions — ensuring compliance without sacrificing user experience
• Partner with legal and compliance teams to anticipate regulatory shifts across key jurisdictions and build ahead of them

• Cultivate strategic alliances with blockchain partners and decentralized applications and use cases to boost Trust Wallet’s market visibility and user engagement.
• Proactively connect with Web3 and fintech ecosystems, including dApps, protocols, developer communities, and venture capitalists, to position Trust Wallet as the leading wallet solution.
• Manage the complete partnership lifecycle, from targeted outreach and expert negotiation to successful deal closure and sustained collaboration.
• Formulate and implement a robust business development strategy to accelerate user acquisition and revenue growth by conducting in-depth analyses of competitors, upstream and downstream partners, and the dynamic Web3 landscape.
• Evaluate the performance of BD initiatives through rigorous impact analysis, collect actionable feedback, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize growth strategies.
• Partner with leadership to prioritize high-impact opportunities, delivering strategic insights and regular updates to the CEO on BD performance, market trends, competitor activities, technological advancements, and regulatory shifts.

• Execute regression test cycles on iOS and Android release candidates across our supported device matrix.
• File high-quality bug reports with clear reproduction steps, environment details, logs, and severity rationale.
• Perform exploratory testing on new features and flows, surfacing edge cases the automated suite misses.
• Triage incoming bugs from internal dogfooding, production reports, and user feedback channels.
• Coordinate with developers and release managers during RC cycles — confirming fixes, verifying blockers, unblocking release gates.
