About the role
- Run high-impact PPC campaigns for small-budget clients.
- Support our internal strategists by taking ownership of campaign setup, optimization, and reporting - helping us onboard new clients smoothly, improve results, and give our team more time to focus on strategy.

- In this role, you will:
- Develop and execute PPC strategies across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and social media platforms
- Conduct keyword research and campaign analysis
- Write effective ad copy and help improve landing page performance
- Manage bidding strategies and optimize budget utilization
- Monitor campaign results and generate reports with insights
- Collaborate with our SEO, content, and social media teams to ensure alignment
- Working Hours ⏰: This is a full-time contract role with flexible hours, but availability for collaboration and meetings is expected between 9 AM - 4 PM EST.
Requirements
- Strong English verbal and written communication
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years managing PPC campaigns
- Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising certifications
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and other reporting tools
- A/B testing and conversion rate optimization experience
- Strong analytical and time management skills
- Brownie points for:
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or JavaScript
- Experience using GA4 and Looker Studio
- Understanding of SEO and how it works alongside PPC
