• Research and execute the process of converting Python scripts into C#
• Become familiar with Revit APIs to convert those scripts into usable Revit Plugins
• Propose additional automation where possible
• Work with IT to ensure that all of our solutions meet cyber security requirements
• Measure the impact of these improvements to throughput and report out those measurements

• Provide daily leadership and long-term vision to the Engineering and Maintenance departments for the Denton Plant.
• Responsible for hands-on development, implementation and measurement of critical engineering processes and programs in the plant and oversight of the Maintenance department.
• Manages the day-to-day operations of the Engineering department including preventative and predictive programs, reducing cost associated with breakdowns.
