Requirements

  • Drive Southwire Culture of Zero in manufacturing/distribution environments
  • Co-lead significant case investigations including root-cause and corrective actions
  • Ensure execution of findings of accident investigations and safety alerts
  • Lead problem-solving events with corrective actions follow-up
  • Create a standard for value stream process
  • Develop a motivated workforce emphasizing skill development for safety, quality, on-time delivery, and cost goals
