About the role
- Your intern assignment is generally 10-12 weeks, and co-op assignment is generally 16-18 weeks and will include an assigned project and opportunities to present your work.
- You will also collaborate on other exciting projects and work with talented peers and inspirational leaders, many of whom began as interns and co-ops themselves.
- You will be provided a robust developmental experience through an immersive onboarding and offboarding experience, assigned a mentor, networking opportunities, organized events, activities, and community service /volunteer initiatives.

- This position will support the Construction Planning Services team in the automation of our production tasks to improve our speed-to-market and drive increased through put.
- This individual will utilize their coding and problem-solving skills to re-work current automation into a more usable format and seek ways to further operate our business processes.
- This individual must be a self-starter, be comfortable working individually and as part of a team, can proactively identify problems and propose effective solutions, and have excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Research and execute the process of converting Python scripts into C#
- Become familiar with Revit APIs to convert those scripts into usable Revit Plugins
- Propose additional automation where possible
- Work with IT to ensure that all of our solutions meet cyber security requirements
- Measure the impact of these improvements to throughput and report out those measurements
Requirements
- Minimum 2.5 GPA
- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Equivalent Field
- Cognitive Science or AI is a plus
- Experience with coding languages like Javascript, Python, C++, etc.
- Proven working experience in a team environment is a plus
- Experience in systems thinking and process management
- Strong organization, planning and analytical skills
- Able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
