About the role
- Manages internal projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost requirements.
- Coordinates project planning, resourcing, staffing, and subcontract management while developing tactical and operational plans to drive project success.
- Assesses performance, allocates resources, and advises with managers to recommend schedule changes, cost adjustments, or other necessary optimizations.
- Acts as a specialist in IT project management, overseeing large-scale projects.
- Coordinates externally with stakeholders and third-party vendors, establishing clear communication channels and expectations.
- Develops strategy for managing IT projects, including resource planning, risk management, and budget controls.
- Designs and develops industry-leading project management methodologies.
- Implements systems to manage and track project performance.
- Provides guidance to cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and knowledge-sharing to meet project objectives.
- Develops actionable insights by analyzing project data, identifying potential risks, and proposing improvements.
- Coaches less experienced staff, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team.
Requirements
- Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
- Specialized Degree: Computer Science, Information Systems or related field required
- Licenses/Certificates: PMP (Project Management Professional)
- Years of Experience: 8-11 Years
- Field of Expertise: SAP Experience or project work involving SAP
