About the role
- This person is responsible for design, install and monitor the manufacturing process, including the definition, ordering and control of tooling and process equipment
- Coordinate our manufacturing resources (work force, machines, materials, methods) such that a system of continuous improvement is created
- Maintain positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that gets along with customers, clients, co-workers, and supervisors
- Troubleshoot processes and implement countermeasures to assist production in producing a high-quality product in the most efficient manner
- Train operators on the correct process and tooling required to produce a quality product and to maximize the output
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Preferably in mechanical, industrial or electrical)
- Lean Manufacturing
- 5-10 years of industrial experience (Wire & Cable experience preferred)
- Microsoft Office
- AutoCAD
