• Selection, outreach and management of local influencers & creators — with the goal of building strong, authentic partnerships.
• Production of Reels, Stories, photos and posts with a genuine Vienna vibe — in close coordination with the Social Media Manager at HQ.
• Establishing and maintaining collaborations with hotels, gyms, concept stores, and wellness and lifestyle brands to increase brand presence.
• Organizing small on-site events and coordinating studio visits and influencer appointments.
• You apply your understanding of consumers in the Rhineland and bring valuable insights for our further expansion in the region.
• Regular exchange with HQ about activities, reach and learnings.

Brand Designer

• Support the Head of Studio Design in delivering high-quality design projects – from technical planning details to coordination and organization of various processes.
• Detail and maintain construction drawings in ArchiCAD.
• Produce design dossiers in Adobe InDesign.
• Maintain structured filing and upkeep of all project files and documentation.
• Provide management, organizational and administrative support.
• Continuously maintain and update the internal furniture and materials inventory.
• Research and coordinate material samples and products.
• Ensure smooth information flow with external planning offices and internal stakeholders.
• Occasional travel: studio visits and on-site appointments.

Studio Design Assistant – Interior & Brand

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Reporting: You build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide management with real decision-making foundations — clear, up-to-date and reliable.
• Controlling processes: You analyze costs, budgets and variances, identify patterns, and work with the team to develop measures that have real impact.
• System landscape: You actively contribute to the development of our finance tools and data structures with the aim of simplifying processes and increasing transparency.
• Project work: You support cross-functional finance projects from concept to implementation — bringing structure and a focus on what matters.
