• Operational Leadership & Performance: Strategic and operational responsibility for multiple studios, including analysis and management of relevant KPIs (fill rate, occupancy, average tenure).
• Operations Management: Develop, monitor and optimize all HR-related processes, e.g., payroll and bonus payments; build and lead a strong team.
• People & Quality: Ensure and further develop the qualifications of our experts; oversee working hours, time tracking, vacations and compensatory days.
• Standards, Sales & Studio Excellence: Responsible for delivering an outstanding studio experience through consistent implementation of sales programs.
• Strategic Development & Innovation: Identify growth and optimization opportunities across studios and implement new concepts.
