About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You support the planning, management and analysis of paid campaigns — aiming to drive profitable growth across all relevant channels.
- You can work with data — not just read it but question it. You spot when a metric deviates from the pattern and can build analyses yourself.
- You're interested in distinguishing causation from correlation — and why this is particularly challenging in marketing. Attribution, incrementality, A/B tests: you know what these mean, even if you haven't set them up yourself.
- You actively work on the online shop — from product pages and conversion optimization to analyzing what actually converts and why.
- You develop content ideas that fit the brand and truly reach the target audience — cross-channel and with a sense for aesthetics and messaging.
- You support campaigns in Klaviyo and other tools — focused on retaining existing customers and increasing lifetime value.
- You evaluate what works and provide clear recommendations. Intuition is good; data is better.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- You think in terms of audiences, channels and conversions — not just posts and campaigns.
- You want to execute initiatives, not just observe. Your own ideas are explicitly encouraged.
- Interest in or initial experience with Shopify, Meta Ads, Klaviyo, Google Analytics or similar tools.
- Fluent German and English — working in an international environment with real communication.
