About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Reporting: You build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide management with real decision-making foundations — clear, up-to-date and reliable.
- Controlling processes: You analyze costs, budgets and variances, identify patterns, and work with the team to develop measures that have real impact.
- System landscape: You actively contribute to the development of our finance tools and data structures with the aim of simplifying processes and increasing transparency.
- Project work: You support cross-functional finance projects from concept to implementation — bringing structure and a focus on what matters.
- Interface work: You collaborate closely with Operations, HR and external partners and know how to present numbers so they are understood outside of Finance.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree: Completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, Business Informatics or a comparable field.
- Mindset: You think in numbers and structures. You always ask: What does this tell us — and what should we do as a result?
- Hands-on: You don’t wait for briefings. You form your own opinion and execute.
- Affinity for tools: You’re comfortable with new systems and learn Finance tools, dashboarding solutions or ERP systems quickly.
- Languages: Fluent in German and English.
