Key responsibilities & impact

Reporting: You build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide management with real decision-making foundations — clear, up-to-date and reliable.
Controlling processes: You analyze costs, budgets and variances, identify patterns, and work with the team to develop measures that have real impact.
System landscape: You actively contribute to the development of our finance tools and data structures with the aim of simplifying processes and increasing transparency.
Project work: You support cross-functional finance projects from concept to implementation — bringing structure and a focus on what matters.
Interface work: You collaborate closely with Operations, HR and external partners and know how to present numbers so they are understood outside of Finance.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree: Completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, Business Informatics or a comparable field.
Mindset: You think in numbers and structures. You always ask: What does this tell us — and what should we do as a result?
Hands-on: You don’t wait for briefings. You form your own opinion and execute.
Affinity for tools: You’re comfortable with new systems and learn Finance tools, dashboarding solutions or ERP systems quickly.
Languages: Fluent in German and English.
