About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to ensure continuous staffing.
- Proactively approach potential candidates across various channels (candidate funnel, online platforms, social media, networks, ATS — Workable, job fairs).
- Conduct interviews, selection procedures and hires independently.
- Organize and implement a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
- Strengthen Soulhouse’s employer brand by developing and executing campaigns, initiatives and workshops for employee attraction and retention.
- Continuously optimize recruiting processes and collaborate with the HR team to ensure efficient workflows.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or comparable several years of professional experience.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in recruiting, preferably in a fast-growing company or startup environment in the service sector.
- Strong interpersonal intuition and the ability to work both strategically and operationally. Clear, goal-oriented communication and excellent organizational skills.
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken; Spanish is desirable; additional foreign languages are an advantage.
- A pronounced hands-on mentality, a strong affinity for wellness and lifestyle topics, and the ability to work in a structured manner in a dynamic environment. Very good IT skills (Microsoft 365) are required.
