Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure a smooth and seamless onboarding process for new hires
Manage onboarding procedures including pre-employment activities, orientation, and probationary period
Coordinate with Facilities/Admin, Finance, and IT to set up accounts, equipment, and access for new hires
Assist HR in drafting employee notices (regularization, end/extension of probationary period, bank endorsements)
Manage offboarding including records management, processing paperwork, and confirming return of company assets
Ensure speedy resolution of employee concerns related to benefits administration, claims, and hospitalization; liaise with group insurance providers
Handle statutory benefits and regulatory compliance related to SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, and BIR and monitor government loan applications
Handle company-initiated benefits (company HMO, health insurance, allowances) and ensure service delivery
Manage attendance, leave and collate timesheets every cut-off for payroll submission; partner with Payroll Team for payroll processing and reports
Support complicated and escalated cases related to timekeeping and payroll
Manage HR JIRA Ticketing System and ensure PH HR adheres to TAT response and closure indices
Partner with HR COEs on HR Systems, Reporting, HR Analytics, Learning and Development System, and Lever for Talent Acquisition
Utilize HRIS to maintain accurate employee records, ensure confidentiality and compliance, handle HR hub profile changes, and generate management reports
Requirements
Graduate of HR or any related course
At least 2 years HR and Recruitment Administration experience
Works in a well-organized manner and is keen to details
Familiarity with Philippine governmental reporting requirements (SSS, HDMF/Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, BIR)
High level of confidentiality in dealing with sensitive information
Familiar with HR operating system (preferred)
IT savvy
Legal authorization to work in the jurisdiction where the position is posted without requiring employer sponsorship (Philippines)
