About the role
- Oversee and manage SSS, BIR, Philhealth, and Pag-IBIG enrollment and separation reports
- Process all SSS and Pag-IBIG benefits applications promptly and accurately
- Coordinate health insurance processing and schedule Annual Physical Exams
- Prepare periodic reports with DOLE and CDC in a timely and precise manner
- Enforce compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) issues and documentation
- Communicate performance expectations, conduct evaluations, provide coaching, and issue Notices to Explain
- Conduct one-on-one sessions, address employee morale concerns, and facilitate exit interviews
- Update the Incident Report Sheet for employee-related incidents
- Maintain and ensure accuracy of the Employee Masterlist and talent matrix reports
- Prepare documentation for salary adjustments, promotions, onboarding, and offboarding
- Collaborate with IT for seat movements and remote/in-office documentation
- Manage office facilities-related matters in coordination with stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in HR operations (focus on SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, BIR enrollments and separations)
- Knowledge of labor laws, government regulations, and compliance requirements
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using HRIS and other relevant software
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
