About the role
- Oversee end-to-end payroll process including data collection, wage calculation, deductions, and payslip generation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies
- Maintain accurate payroll records and audit trails
- Manage payroll-related enquiries from employees and stakeholders
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and other departments for payroll inputs and approvals
- Utilize payroll software and systems to process payroll
- Calculate and process final payments and full-and-final settlements for departing employees
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or human resources
- 2+ Years of experience in payroll processing
- Knowledge of global payroll processes, labor laws, taxation, and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in payroll and timekeeping systems (e.g., ADP, SAP)
- English fluency in verbal and written communications
- Knowledge of mandated deductions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
