About the role
- Set up and manage company accounts in QuickBooks Online (QBO)
- Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Perform bank and account reconciliations
- Generates monthly financial reports
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and maintain documentation
- Collaborate with management and provide financial insights when needed
- Contribute to the development and refinement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as the company grows
Requirements
- QBO Certification (Required)
- Proven experience setting up companies in QuickBooks Online
- Solid understanding of general bookkeeping principles
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Must be available to work during EST business hours
- Experience working in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and remote work setup
- Strong communication skills
