• Own and drive key elements of the brand refresh, helping modernize how SOPHiA GENETICS is represented across external-facing channels and materials
• Translate company positioning into compelling messaging, copy and visual storytelling that is clear, differentiated and aligned to our broader mission
• Support the evolution of the corporate website, contributing to page structure, content development, imagery direction and overall narrative flow

• Partner closely with commercial leaders across the organisation to own commercial and go-to-market hiring
• Supporting headcount in 25+ countries
• Execute sourcing strategies for hard-to-find commercial talent, and proactively build talent pipelines for key organisational roles

• Drive positive impact, including direct sourcing channels, improving candidate engagement and decreasing time to hire

• Generate new sales opportunities through inbound management and outbound outreach (calls, email, use of Salesforce CRM and other enablement software)
• Identify the needs of prospects, and suggest appropriate products or services
• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
• Be the front-line for SOPHiA GENETICS in reporting market feedback to teams across the organization
• Set up meetings or calls between prospects and sales executives
• Manage renewals and up-sell opportunities with certain key products
• Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results

• This role could suit either someone with previous in-house experience, or a paralegal / clerk within practice looking to make their first move to industry. This is a hybrid (3 Days PW) opportunity connected to our corporate office in Bidart, France. The role is on a temporary contract for 3 months, to cover a period of sickness across our team.

• **Your Mission**
• Reporting to the VP, Legal Affairs you will provide a broad range of legal administrative support, ranging from commercial contract lifecycle management, support on internal queries and involvement in corporate administrative processes.
• - Overseeing the contract lifecycle process, including planning, collaboration, negotiation, execution and coordinate the signing process for contracts and other legal documents
• - Ensure proper filing of legal documents - Execute administrative and operational processes for the legal team and Keep the legal management database up to date (corporate, contracts, IP)
• - Maintain and file corporate records, including resolutions, proxies, board of director changes, annual reports, etc
• - Assist with the preparation of appropriate draft documents, including agendas, corporate resolutions and meeting minutes for board of director and committee meetings
