• Our mission
• As part of our global talent acquisition team, you will manage full-cycle recruiting & hiring on an international basis, including the US, LATAM and Europe. You will predominantly support hires across Go-to-market, business & administration functions, but may also support technical and scientific hires across our full business.
• What you’ll achieve:
• You'll have full responsibility for the end-to-end hiring journey, including hiring manager relationships, candidate sourcing & engagement and recruiting administration.
• Supporting headcount in 28 countries, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for hires on a global basis and see direct impact to our ongoing commercial growth by find the best in-market talent.
• Whilst delivering against hires, you’ll be continuously mindful of core value-add activity, including Candidate Experience, EVP & Brand
• Driving positive hiring outcomes, including direct sourcing channels, improving candidate engagement and decreasing time to hire
