Customer Support

• Complete an internship project at SOPHiA GENETICS to help improve internal processes and tools (focus on AI)
• Report to the Senior Customer Support Manager and help with projects to analyse data, train AI tools and scale the team
• Data curation for the AI implementation project: ensure data is accurate, searchable, and contains necessary information; review and update internal knowledge; review and tag customer services tickets
• Create Customer Knowledge base: write FAQs and step-by-step instructions
• Create “Customer-360” stories for a selected list of customers
• Perform day-to-day customer services activities and collaborate with the Customer Services team
• Use ticketing systems and other technical tools such as Jira and Miro

Customer Service Intern

IT Support

• Assist with optimizing and automating the internal service desk portal to improve IT support experience.
• Create and test automation scripts to manage elevated privileges on Apple devices.
• Support MDM setup (Jamf, Intune) and document workflows.
• Collaborate with engineers to align with SOC2 and C5 compliance requirements.
• Monitor and manage the internal helpdesk, respond to IT requests from employees and report key metrics.
• Support configuration of role-based access control (RBAC), user accounts, and access permissions.
• Contribute to Information Security & Network Operations to help maintain secure and efficient IT systems.
• Use project tracking and issue management software (Jira Cloud) to manage and report on IT support activities.

IT Support Specialist, Intern

Business Analyst

• Monitor and manage material inventory levels to support production planning and avoid stockouts or overstock
• Responsible for all inventory levels to support production and assembly
• Maintain accurate records of material transactions, stock movement and inventory within the ERP
• Collaborate on material planning activities: forecasting, demand planning, and replenishment strategies
• Track delivery schedules and follow up with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time material availability

Materials Management Analyst

• Manage and oversee the full lifecycle of MSAs, BAAs, MTAs, and research collaboration agreements, ensuring compliance with healthcare industry standards and regulations.
• Review, negotiate, and ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations to support commercial and research collaborations in the North America region.
• Collaborate closely with sales, legal, and compliance teams to support contract negotiations and approvals, providing frontline review and handling routine amendments to accelerate deal closures.
• Monitor contract performance metrics and maintain organized contract databases to ensure timely execution, renewal, and clear communication of contract status to stakeholders.
• Provide drafting, negotiation and business counsel using knowledge of commercial law; drive projects to completion and help mitigate legal or business risk.
• Report to the VP, Legal Affairs and support commercial and research collaborations in North America.

• This is a hybrid opportunity, requiring 3 days onsite our corporate office in Boston, MA or Rolle, CH.
• Reporting to the Director of Accounting, the Technical Accounting & Reporting Manager will play a key role in ensuring accurate and compliant financial reporting for our global operations. You will lead SEC filings, support the consolidation process across entities, and maintain robust accounting policies and internal controls. Additionally, you will draft technical accounting guidance, partner with external auditors, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and ad hoc projects as needed.

• Assist with the full monthly global consolidation process, including preparation and submission of consolidated financial statements across entities
