About the role
- Build, test, and launch lifecycle communications, including email, SMS, in-app, and push messaging, utilizing Iterable.
- Perform quality assurance of campaigns with a strong attention to detail.
- Manage audiences and segmentation lists, ensuring list health and accuracy.
- Maintain and manage A/B testing roadmap and recommend testing opportunities based on data-driven insights.
- Deliver reporting of marketing campaign results to internal stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and participate in root cause analyses, defining and implementing improvement recommendations.
- Scope, manage, and deliver campaigns from intake to execution.
- Maintain and optimize marketing campaign processes to improve efficiency.
- Align with internal stakeholders, such as product and engineering, on process, workflows, execution, and enablement.
- Gain proficiency in SonderMind’s marketing tools and processes, particularly Iterable.
- Fully manage the campaign process from intake to execution.
- Take ownership of A/B testing, using data to suggest optimizations.
- Deliver performance reports with actionable insights and implement process improvements.
- Drive strategic optimizations, refine workflows, and contribute to cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in email marketing, marketing operations, marketing coordinator, or a similar role. Start-up experience is a plus.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Iterable, CustomerIO, Braze). Iterable experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create reports. Experience with Looker is a plus.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with a knack for process improvement.
- Able to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously.
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
