• The Iceberg Bridge: Own the execution and monitoring of data pipelines moving from the Data Engineering Iceberg warehouse into the Snowflake Business environment.
• Staging Layer Excellence: Architect and build a high-quality staging layer in Snowflake. Implement robust data validation and cleaning processes at the point of entry to ensure downstream reliability.
• Snowflake Sovereignty: Manage Snowflake schemas, roles, and warehouse configurations. Implement a "Least Privilege" RBAC model aligned with Data Governance Team to secure business data while enabling high-velocity access.
• Pipeline Stability: Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize all downstream data pipelines. Your goal is to eliminate data failures in the refined layers and ensure 99.5% availability for core data assets.
• Performance Engineering: Continuously audit and tune Snowflake performance. Identify and resolve bottlenecks in data processing to maintain sub-second response times for AI interfaces and dashboards.
• dbt Partnership: Work side-by-side with Analytics Engineers to optimize dbt transformation logic, ensuring the "Source of Truth" is built on the most efficient and reliable staging tables possible.
• AI-First Foundation: Structure data schemas specifically for AI consumption, ensuring that our AI Agent Analysts have clean, well-indexed, and logically partitioned data to power Snowflake Cortex.

Data Operations Engineer

Growth Marketing

• Own funnel health across DTC, including paid acquisition, organic, lifecycle/CRM, landing pages, and conversion funnels; flagging degradation early and distinguishing signal from noise before it becomes a decision-making problem.
• Analyze marketplace dynamics and how supply-side factors, provider capacity, behavior patterns, and caseload variability affect conversion outcomes, and distinguish those signals from channel or funnel issues.
• Pressure-test AI-generated analyses, dashboards, and interpretations circulating across the org; catch metric misuse, attribution errors, and flawed framing before they influence decisions.
• Define and maintain data definitions, tracking taxonomy, and methodology conventions so that AI-assisted work across the team is built on a shared, reliable foundation.
• Own the analytical agenda; driving what gets investigated, how performance questions are framed, and the standard of evidence decisions are held to.
• Diagnose conversion path issues and assess where attribution models, including AI-assisted ones, may be misleading channel-level decisions.

• Design, build, and optimize sophisticated search campaigns. You are responsible for the day-to-day health of the account, ensuring budget is deployed effectively to hit monthly CPA and volume targets (a core business OKR).
• Translate high-level business goals into specific tactics. You will define the keyword strategy, bid adjustments, and audience segmentation required to meet growth objectives.

Account Manager

• Meet face-to-face with medical practices to educate them on services and intake processes, conduct training presentations and lunch / learns with practice staff
• Create, foster, and enhance relationships with targeted practices through consistent and strategic field and virtual outreach
• Collaborate on and execute direct communications with practices to ensure patient awareness, onboarding efficiency and timeliness
