About the role
- Develop and execute account plans, including forecasts
- Forecasting to enable inventory management, financial performance, and service level achievement
- Deploy Sales Excellence methodologies and tools
- Manage customer portfolios, contracts, pricing, complaints, and satisfaction
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve product supply and financial issues
- Support sustainable business growth and contribute to volume, margin, and cash performance
- Work within the Phenol & Co Products Latin America team and collaborate with Strategic Marketing, Business Intelligence, Supply Chain, Industrial, Finance, Legal, and Government Relations
Requirements
- Relevant education degree or equivalent in Engineering, Chemical Sciences, or Business (Administration or Economy)
- Relevant work experience in the chemical industry
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the chemical environment
- Proven experience in managing key accounts and contracts
- Fully available for travel
- Hands-on mentality, negotiation and analytical skills, and a process-oriented, systemic view
- Excellent communication in Portuguese, Spanish, and English, coupled with empathy and active listening
- Farmer profile — able to build long-term relationships, foster trust, and maximize customer satisfaction
