Bookkeeper

• Execute the payroll processes and ensure controls and follow-up with the local Payroll team and external payroll provider to ensure timely delivery of Payroll service
• Capture payroll, benefits and time related data in the payroll and time systems
• Guarantee monthly payroll closure activities aligned with implemented processes and workflows
• Monitor data quality in HR, Time and payroll systems using validation routines and audits
• Analyze new legislation and HR rules and assess their impact on processes, procedures and tools
• Provide support to colleagues and internal stakeholders on payroll and time related topics and queries
• Deliver information to external legal authorities and ensure monthly/yearly reporting and payment obligations
• Support payroll-related audits and participate in transversal projects
• Update time & payroll documentation with support and supervision of local payroll teams
• Liaise with local payroll teams to apply continuous improvement to the payroll process

• Develop and execute account plans, including forecasts
• Forecasting to enable inventory management, financial performance, and service level achievement
• Deploy Sales Excellence methodologies and tools
• Manage customer portfolios, contracts, pricing, complaints, and satisfaction
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve product supply and financial issues
• Support sustainable business growth and contribute to volume, margin, and cash performance
• Work within the Phenol & Co Products Latin America team and collaborate with Strategic Marketing, Business Intelligence, Supply Chain, Industrial, Finance, Legal, and Government Relations
