• Advise operational managers on HR matters (legislation, training, career management, etc.)
• Coordinate HR development: consider requests from managers and employees and ensure implementation with dedicated HR specialists (payroll, training, recruitment, etc.)
• Manage personnel administration and prepare related documents (contracts, amendments, leave requests, resignation acknowledgments, work certificates, etc.)
• Ensure monthly coordination with the payroll department (provide variable pay elements)
• Manage recruitment within your scope
• Ensure daily updates of the HRIS and related reporting
• Lead HR projects in line with assigned objectives
• Promote and foster a positive quality-of-work-life dynamic (internal & external communications)
