• The Java Tech Lead (M/F) for our WMS product will be responsible for leading the major technological transformation of our team based in Troyes, as part of the development and evolution of our WMS solution.
• Successfully migrate the team's technology stack and ensure the secure construction of the new WMS product
• Ensure sustainable technical choices, aligned with the existing product and the group's strategy
• Raise the team's collective technical level and promote a culture of excellence
• Ensure the overall technical coherence of the product

Full-stack Engineer

• En partenariat étroit avec la Product Manager, le Tech Lead Data H/F accompagne la construction et la mise à l’échelle de l'offre en apportant la vision technique, en sécurisant les choix d’architecture et en contribuant à l’industrialisation de la solution.
• Porter la vision technique du produit et accompagner son évolution en lien avec Tune Insight, les équipes produit et les squads métiers ;
• Garantir l’industrialisation de la solution au sein de l’écosystème Softway Medical, en veillant aux enjeux d’intégration, de sécurité, de performance et de scalabilité ;
• Accompagner la transformation, la standardisation et la valorisation des données de santé vers des modèles exploitables et conformes aux exigences réglementaires (OMOP, RGPD, EHDS, HDS) ;
• Assurer la qualité technique et la fiabilité des livraisons, en contribuant aux choix d’architecture, aux bonnes pratiques d’ingénierie et à l’accompagnement des équipes techniques et data.

Procurement

• Take over and lead the existing procurement function
• Manage a team of 3 to 5 employees (procurement, company car fleet, IT, travel)
• Oversee purchasing processes and facilities/general services
• Run tenders and lead strategic negotiations
• Secure supplier relationships and contractual commitments
• Ensure procurement process compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements, including the Sapin II law
• Contribute to supplier risk mapping and internal audits
• Implement and optimize the procurement chain within the Finance ERP system
• Improve Procure-to-Pay processes and strengthen internal controls
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement across the function

Head of Procurement

Architect

• Study and lead the implementation of our future network and security solutions (micro-segmentation, SDN, SD-WAN, MFA, IAM, WAF, SIEM) in a multicloud environment
• Integrate these into our automation ecosystem (Puppet, GitLab), monitoring (Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus), and backup systems
• Evolve and optimize our current solutions (Cisco Nexus, Palo Alto, AVI Networks, Wallix, EfficientIP, Rapid7)
• Support operational teams (coaching)
• Work with DevOps teams
• Analyze and optimize platforms to meet architectural evolution needs and service level commitments
• Participate in cloud evolution projects with administrators from other teams (Windows/virtualization/storage, Linux/DevOps, Database)
• Ensure the application of best practices for security, automation, and monitoring across Infrastructure Department initiatives
