About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Represent the product vision: you will be the guardian of the product vision.
  • Manage the Product Backlog: you will maintain and prioritize the backlog (list of tasks and features to develop) based on business value, user needs, and technical constraints.
  • Refine User Stories: you will clarify and detail requirements so the team can estimate and implement them effectively.
  • Maximize product value: you will make decisions to optimize the value delivered in each iteration (sprint).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders: you will act as the interface between the development team, users, clients, and management.
  • Validate deliverables: you will verify that product increments meet acceptance criteria and user expectations.
  • Adapt strategy: based on feedback and market changes, you will adjust the roadmap and priorities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master's degree (Bac+5) in computer science, data, product management, or equivalent experience;
  • Significant experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Data Product Owner, ideally in a data or healthcare context;
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and associated tools;
  • Proficiency with BI tools (Qlik Sense, Tableau, Power BI, etc.);
  • Recognized for your product mindset, your ability to listen to and synthesize complex requirements, and your talent for uniting multidisciplinary teams.
  • Rigorous, proactive, and solution-oriented, you know how to balance strategic vision with operational execution.
  • Your ability to bridge business and technical teams will be a real asset in this role.
