About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze clients' functional needs
- Develop new features (planning, coding, testing) and evolve existing applications; apply version fixes
- Perform second-level corrective and evolutionary maintenance and handle malfunctions/bugs
- Provide day-to-day user support
- Contribute to the writing of technical documentation and procedures
- Propose improvements as part of continuous enhancement of the tool
- Report activity to your line manager (N+1) and to the client
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in computer science (Bac+2 to Bac+5) or equivalent
- Registered with France Travail (formerly Pôle Emploi)
- Prior experience is a plus
- Motivation, curiosity, and team spirit
