About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and develop BI modules: extract, transform, and analyze healthcare data to create relevant and high-performing dashboards and reports, ensuring their quality and alignment with business needs
Optimize and evolve decision-support applications: maintain and improve existing solutions to meet the changing needs of end users
Implement ETL processes: design, develop, and automate pipelines to integrate, clean, and structure data from heterogeneous sources (EHR, GAM, etc.)
Collaborate with BI consultants: deliver ready-to-use, documented, and tested solutions to facilitate deployment and adoption
Ensure deliverable quality: rigorously test changes and updates to applications to ensure their reliability and performance
Contribute to continuous improvement: identify optimization opportunities (performance, usability, automation) and propose innovative solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in healthcare or working with sensitive data
Advanced proficiency with Qlik Sense (dashboard design, scripting, expressions)
Strong knowledge of SQL (complex queries, performance tuning, data modeling)
ETL experience (tools such as Talend, SSIS, etc.)
Familiarity with PowerShell or Python for task automation and scripting
Rigour and attention to detail: meticulous in data and process management
Team player and collaborative mindset: able to work closely with consultants, product teams, and other developers
Autonomy and proactivity: take initiative to improve existing solutions
Analytical skills: quickly understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
Experience in the healthcare sector or with regulated data (GDPR, HDS)
Knowledge of data visualization best practices (dashboard UX/UI)
Interest in new technologies (AI, machine learning applied to BI)
