About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and develop BI modules: extract, transform, and analyze healthcare data to create relevant and high-performing dashboards and reports, ensuring their quality and alignment with business needs
  • Optimize and evolve decision-support applications: maintain and improve existing solutions to meet the changing needs of end users
  • Implement ETL processes: design, develop, and automate pipelines to integrate, clean, and structure data from heterogeneous sources (EHR, GAM, etc.)
  • Collaborate with BI consultants: deliver ready-to-use, documented, and tested solutions to facilitate deployment and adoption
  • Ensure deliverable quality: rigorously test changes and updates to applications to ensure their reliability and performance
  • Contribute to continuous improvement: identify optimization opportunities (performance, usability, automation) and propose innovative solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in healthcare or working with sensitive data
  • Advanced proficiency with Qlik Sense (dashboard design, scripting, expressions)
  • Strong knowledge of SQL (complex queries, performance tuning, data modeling)
  • ETL experience (tools such as Talend, SSIS, etc.)
  • Familiarity with PowerShell or Python for task automation and scripting
  • Rigour and attention to detail: meticulous in data and process management
  • Team player and collaborative mindset: able to work closely with consultants, product teams, and other developers
  • Autonomy and proactivity: take initiative to improve existing solutions
  • Analytical skills: quickly understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
  • Experience in the healthcare sector or with regulated data (GDPR, HDS)
  • Knowledge of data visualization best practices (dashboard UX/UI)
  • Interest in new technologies (AI, machine learning applied to BI)
