Customer Success Manager

• The Global Omnichannel Customer Engagement Lead will be responsible for delivering seamless and engaging experiences for healthcare professionals (HCPs) and other key stakeholders across all platforms, accelerating brand engagement and topline growth.
• This role is Global (Ex US) with a focus on EU and International Regions.
• The successful candidate will work in close collaboration with global cross functional and affiliates teams.
• This is a hands-on role requiring deep digital and omnichannel experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
• You should be confident to work independently in a matrix management environment, developing impactful customer journeys, high quality content and engaging affiliates in effective deployment across channels.
• Experience in rep triggered and blast emails, webinar platforms, HCPs portals, content tagging, Veeva and KAM orchestration are extremely important.

Sales

• Play a pivotal role in shaping and supporting our Hematology Franchise
• Reporting directly to the National Sales Director Hematology, integral to the strategic planning, execution, and operational excellence within the Sales Division
• Ensure all operations and strategies comply with relevant regulations and standards
• Partner with Sales Director Hematology to regularly deliver training and coaching
• Develop and maintain sub-national analytics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
• Assist in the development and overviews for Franchise Communications to senior leadership
• Partner closely with training teams and cross-functional partners to understand and address training gaps
• Support national and regional sales meetings and business reviews with data-driven insights and materials
• Partner with stakeholders to create effective Quarterly Business Reviews

Associate Director of Sales Planning – Hematology

Director

• Lead the development and execution of patient services programs that support our rare disease portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the highest standards of patient care and support.
• Drive strategic initiatives that enhance patient access to therapies and improve overall patient experience.
• Monitor and analyze program performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.

Account Manager

• Act as the primary customer contact for sales demand creation by executing marketing strategy and promoting Sobi products
• Provide current and comprehensive clinical knowledge of Sobi’s products
• Effectively communicate the on-label clinical benefits of the products
• Achieve territory sales by executing Plan of Action (POA) marketing strategies
• Deliver branded sales messages to customers
• Represent Sobi at local meetings
• Achieve or exceed sales targets
• Develops and implements a territory business plan to meet customer needs and achieve sales goals
• Weekly analysis of territory sales data to help prioritize physician targeting
• Strict compliance with all regulatory agencies, state, and federal law

Hematology Clinical Account Manager – Senior

• The Clinical Account Manager (CAM) acts as the primary customer contact for sales demand creation by executing marketing strategy and promoting Sobi products as lead by the Regional Sales Director.
• In this strategic role, the CAM provides current and comprehensive clinical knowledge of Sobi’s products and effectively communicates the on-label clinical benefits of the products.
• As a sales leader, the CAM is expected to achieve territory sales by executing Plan of Action (POA) marketing strategies, which includes delivering branded sales messages to customers, representing Sobi at local meetings, and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Responsible for representing Sobi’s products and services to a defined customer base, generating and growing sales and consistently achieving or exceeding sales goals within a specific geographic area and actively promotes the appropriate use of Sobi products to healthcare professionals in accordance with all Corporate, PhRMA, and OIG guidelines.
• Develops and implements a territory business plan to meet customer needs and achieve sales goals and weekly analysis of territory sales data to help prioritize physician targeting and ensure accurate reporting of physicians.
• Prepares territory budget plans for customer contacts, local symposia, and other miscellaneous external expenditures.
• Assists in the identification and resolution of issues and opportunities and communicates proactively to sales and marketing management. Reports all adverse events to Sobi’s Drug Safety department as appropriate per required guidelines.
• Performs all administrative functions require of the position, including reporting call activity and customer information into the appropriate call reporting system in a timely manner, submitting expenses, etc.

Hematology Clinical Account Manager, Sr. Clinical Account Manager

• Act as the primary customer contact for sales demand creation by executing marketing strategy and promoting Sobi products
• Provide current and comprehensive clinical knowledge of Sobi’s products and effectively communicate on-label clinical benefits
• Achieve territory sales by executing Plan of Action (POA) marketing strategies, delivering branded sales messages, and representing Sobi at local meetings
• Develops and implements a territory business plan to meet customer needs and achieve sales goals
• Perform weekly analysis of territory sales data to prioritize physician targeting and ensure accurate reporting
• Prepare territory budget plans for customer contacts, local symposia, and other external expenditures
• Identify and resolve issues and opportunities and communicate proactively to sales and marketing management
• Report adverse events to Drug Safety as appropriate
• Perform all administrative functions including reporting call activity into the call reporting system and submitting expenses
• Travel within the assigned territory, including possible overnight travel up to 40-50%

Hematology Clinical Account Manager / Senior Clinical Account Manager

Compliance

• The Senior Manager, Regulatory Advertising and Promotion, N.A. will be responsible for ensuring that product and disease communications comply with applicable laws, regulations, Sobi policies, and regulatory requirements for both promotional and non-promotional materials related to assigned product(s).
• Reporting to the Global Head of Regulatory Advertising and Promotion, this role will serve as the primary regulatory reviewer on the Sobi Review Committee(s) for promotional and non-promotional materials.
• The incumbent will provide strategic regulatory guidance based on a strong understanding and sound interpretation of FDA regulations, guidance documents, OPDP/APLB precedents, and industry best practices.
• This position requires frequent interaction and strong collaboration with cross-functional partners, including Legal, Medical, Compliance, Marketing, Labeling, and other teams, to develop strategies and implement tactics for compliant communications that align with Sobi’s corporate and brand objectives.
• This is a remote role with occasional travel to Sobi sites for business-critical meetings and events.
