Maintain relationships and grow business within existing accounts
Prospect, develop, and close business while focusing on clients’ requirements
Conduct discovery calls, customized demos, and presentations to prospective customers as Snowflake product expert
Act as trusted advisor by understanding customers' existing and future IT roadmap to drive the Snowflake solution
Qualify prospects and develop new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue streams
Land, adopt, expand, and deepen sales opportunities within assigned region
Achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas by developing a territory sales strategy and target prospect list
Work closely with cross functional teams including sales engineering, professional services, marketing, legal and finance
Requirements
10+ year’s field sales experience with consistent success meeting or exceeding sales objectives selling technical solutions and software products into the enterprise market.
Experience selling within the Retail CPG space
Demonstrable experience executing enterprise complex sales strategies and tactics within Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Data Science and/or AI/ML
Familiarity with solution-based approach to selling; experience managing a complex sales process; excellent presentation and listening skills; organization and contact management capabilities
Ability to define and execute sales plans to meet strategic & financial targets, leveraging industry, partner & Go-to-Market knowledge
Ability to provide open, honest and respectful feedback creating an inclusive work environment
Reputation for Making Each Other Better with long standing internal cross functional partner relationships
Proven ability to independently manage, develop, and close new client relationships
Experience hitting multi million $ revenue targets on an annual basis
