Identify, develop and close new business and expanding market share with a focus on large enterprise organizations in the USA Federal Market
Develop and execute account strategy and detailed plans with winning proposals for major accounts to meet quota within assigned territory
Target and establish access and relationships with key decision makers in the USA Federal Market territory
Prepare and facilitate presentations to key, influential decision makers
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with current clients and manage tasks related to contract renewal
Foster strategic relationships supporting ISC2 mission and business, reputation and membership
Use Salesforce CRM to maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities and move them through the sales funnel
Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly progress reports
Demonstrate commitment to raising customer awareness of ISC2 training and certification products and services
Provide onsite support to tradeshows as needed and attend virtual/on-line events
Work closely with ISC2 Corporate Officers and internal departments to vet and approve sales contracts and enlist support as needed
Gain in-depth knowledge of ISC2 certification and training programs
Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned
Requirements
Intermediate to advanced level knowledge using Microsoft Office
Formal enterprise consultative sales training experience
Experience selling training/training products, in the IT environment preferred/cybersecurity certification
Proven track record of meeting annual account revenue quotas in excess of $1Million annually
Minimum of seven (7) years of successful account management within the USA Federal Market
Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with Salesforce
Bachelor’s degree preferred; will accept a high school diploma and 10 years successful account management within the USA Federal Market, in lieu of a degree
Ability to travel up to 25% to meet clients, attend company meetings and participate in trade and marketing events
Ability to work normal business hours and extended hours when necessary
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Ability to design and facilitate outcome-driven meetings and presentations
Self-motivated with project leadership and initiative-taking ability
