- Set the strategic vision for the team and be accountable for plans and deliverables in a fast-paced environment
- Hire and develop talented senior technical leaders
- Drive team projects from idea formulation through implementation in collaboration with partner teams
- Translate product requirements into engineering work and coordinate with cross-functional teams

Requirements
- Advanced degree in Computer Science
- 5+ years of engineering management experience, including managing managers
- 3+ years of hands-on software engineering experience at staff level with AI infrastructure background
- Strong track record of recruiting, leading and growing technical teams
- Solid engineering fundamentals in software infrastructure and services
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with ability to influence across global organizations
- Ability to follow company confidentiality and data security standards for handling sensitive data
