Mechanical Engineer

• Create detailed cable, connector, and contact designs on 3D or 2D CAD system.
• Technical lead for the development of interconnect solutions including design of the following: contacts, insulators, cabling and latching mechanisms.
• Support Senior Design Engineer for development of complex interconnect solutions.
• Coordinate the construction of functional and non-functional prototypes with internal and external vendors.
• Lead/support group design reviews using calculations, experimental results or research.
• Technical lead during the new product introduction process, including assisting manufacturing with tooling adjustments.
• Provide technical support for existing products.
• Apply principles of electrical engineering as they pertain to connectors, contact technology and cable design.
• Generate test procedures and test and/or oversee testing of new designs as necessary.
• Perform risk analysis such as FMEA as it pertains to AS9100.
• Be able to travel domestically and internationally.

Design Engineer

Field Engineer

• Troubleshoots, services, installs (deploys) and repairs Trace, X-Ray, CT X-Ray and Cargo Inspection equipment at customer sites
• Conducts follow up calls with the customer to ensure satisfaction of work
• Responsible for meeting daily service repair needs and driving customer satisfaction
• Maintains field service log and filing system to properly initiate, organize and maintain all field service and job files until work is completed
• Maintains an accurate inventory of parts and tools.

Field Service Technician II

Customer Support

• Be a customer advocate and provide a world class level of customer support to internal and external customers
• Assume responsibility as the first human interface with the customer for incoming calls
• Accurately open and document service events within the SMS
• Generate the appropriate work order for field service engineer
• Investigate, analyze and rectify customer concerns or elevate problems to management
• Coordinate the daily schedule for Field Service Engineers/Vendors
• Conduct follow-up calls/emails after repairs/installs
• Communicate with domestic/international partners and vendors
• Receive and process orders from customers via telephone, website and e-mail
• Track all backorders and ensure timely filling
• Notify supervisor of repetitive problematic issues
• Ensure compliance with Company health, safety and environmental policies
• Comply with all applicable U.S. export control and security regulations

Customer Care Service Coordinator, 2nd Shift

• Provide a world class level of customer support to internal and external customers
• Open all service events within the Service Management System (SMS)
• Coordinate the daily schedule for Field Service Engineers/Vendors performing maintenance
• Communicate with the customer or point of contact via the phone and email consistently keeping them informed
• Conduct follow up calls/emails after repairs/installs are completed to ensure customer satisfaction

Senior Customer Care Service Coordinator – 2nd Shift (11am - 8pm)

• This position requires daily travel to locations in and around the Little Rock, AR area, including the airport.
• Troubleshoots, services, installs (deploys) and repairs Trace, X-Ray, CT X-Ray and Cargo Inspection equipment at customer sites.
• Maintains field service log and filing system to properly initiate, organize and maintain all field service and job files until work is completed.
• Demonstrates initiative and dedication through positive use of downtime and an overall willingness and eagerness to consistently exceed customer and company requirements.
• Conducts follow up calls with the customer to ensure satisfaction of work.
• Responsible for meeting daily service repair needs and driving customer satisfaction.
• Installs, repairs and maintains equipment in the field; provides customer training as required.
• Documents all inspections, maintenance, repair work and submits paperwork in a timely basis.
• Orders, installs, and returns parts and manages repair parts cycle time.
• Reviews all logs for open issues and prepares formal reports to customers as necessary.
• Participates in Service Sales opportunities and assists with promoting and implementing revenue programs.
