Solutions Engineer

• Partner with enterprise sales executives by owning the technical sales process in support of selling Smartsheet’s SaaS platform to large enterprises
• Provide advice and guidance as the Smartsheet subject matter expert to prospects, as well as current enterprise users
• Design and develop creative solutions to customer requirements using Smartsheet
• Represent Smartsheet’s technical capabilities to prospects; proactively support prospects in performing evaluations; ensure that prospects keep to their stated evaluation scope and timelines
• Travel to enterprise customer sites periodically, serving as a technical resource to sales staff, as well as engaging with customer IT professionals regarding integration and data questions
• Be a recognized Smartsheet technical expert and develop deep Smartsheet relevance (workflow definition, solution design, etc.) for key functional areas, such as Project Management, Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, etc.
• Serve as front-line expert for “best practice” and prospect technical issues, tracking these issues and ensuring prompt follow up and problem resolution
• Work closely with Marketing to develop repeatable solutions and Product Management as the customer advocate on product roadmap discussions and to provide input on new feature requests
• Provide support for preparing technical responses to prospect questions, FAQs, knowledge-base and case support entries; help define “best practices” for broad usage across large enterprises
• Deliver on, and exceed, all performance targets

Product Designer

• Define and drive the mobile design experience for key areas of the enterprise platform. This involves translating business goals and user needs into innovative, elegant solutions.
• Lead the design lifecycle for major mobile initiatives. This includes creating high-level frameworks and conceptual prototypes as well as delivering detailed specifications and final UI.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to identify opportunities, define requirements, and deliver features that provide clear business value and a superior user experience.
• Contribute to the evolution of the company's design system. This involves ensuring that mobile patterns and components are scalable, consistent, and easy to use across the platform.

• Build and lead a Sales team to exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas

• As the Senior Sales Productivity Manager, you will be a key individual contributor driving strategic projects that enhance seller productivity and optimize the systems and processes supporting the go-to-market organization. • You Will: Lead execution and continuous improvement of productivity systems, including CRM, enablement platforms, AI-driven tools, and methodology tech. • Partner with cross-functional teams to define and implement tool strategies that align with sales process priorities and improve seller efficiency. • Analyze adoption data, usage trends, and performance metrics using Excel, SQL, Snowflake, and Tableau to generate actionable insights. • Design and operationalize enablement experiences within systems, including onboarding workflows, contextual guidance, and integrated playbooks. • Serve as the systems expert for GTM stakeholders, offering frontline support, advanced troubleshooting, and feedback-based iteration. • You Have: 5+ years in sales, sales enablement, revenue operations, or other sales productivity roles within a SaaS environment. • Proven success in deploying and scaling programs that drive adoption of systems, tools, and processes. • Deep understanding of Salesforce, sales engagement, conversational intelligence, sales readiness, content management, and data intelligence platforms. • Experience using SQL, Snowflake, and Tableau to perform analytics and guide strategy. • Strong cross-functional communication skills with a history of successful collaboration across RevOps, Sales, and IT. • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into scalable, tech-driven solutions.
