Solutions Engineer

• Develop, build, test and deploy custom software solutions leveraging a wide array of Smartsheet product & third party APIs
• Lead technical consulting engagements that require custom software development by leading design sessions, defining technical requirements, and validating solution architecture against product best practices

• Review and validate solution designs produced by other Architect team members

Solutions Architect

Product Marketing

• Partner on a day to day basis with the SVP, Revenue Operations and collaborate very closely with many other senior leaders across the business from CEO and CRO, downwards. to drive the execution of GTM strategies that enable the business to continue accelerated growth.
• Support the implementation of organizational objectives that lead to a growth agenda, such as improved instrumentation, improved field productivity, reduced friction in processes.
• Support global strategy development and play a key role in international expansion ensuring that we have the correct extended team members in a repeatable POD like structure and infrastructure ready for deployment.
• Prioritize the roadmap of key initiatives related to sales acceleration, pipeline optimization, and market penetration.

Solutions Engineer – Development Manager

Support Engineer

• Lead Strategic Roadmap Planning: Partner with the Technical Support senior leadership team to drive the development of quarterly roadmaps and prioritization planning for the technical support organization.
• Optimize Support Delivery Process: Own the technical lifecycle of the global support stack, including oversight of Workforce Management and Quality Assurance tools. You will lead the design of scoring rubrics and staffing logic to maintain service level targets across global time zones.

• Lead architecture interviews with stakeholders to ensure all critical control areas throughout the architecture are designed to meet FedRamp program requirements.
