About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Advise customers and cross-functional peers on best practices that drive measurable value and optimize workflows
Partner with customers to design and implement strategic Smartsheet solutions that drive organizational change
Lead discovery sessions and design custom solutions incorporating AI-native functionality and automation
Develop solutions through prototyping and iterative sprints using customer feedback
Review solution designs through internal testing and facilitate user acceptance testing
Own project delivery timelines, deliverables, scope, budget, and risk mitigation
Stay current on industry trends and Smartsheet capabilities while testing and sharing delivery methodologies
Collaborate with consulting team members and participate in the mentor program as mentee and mentor
Identify product and services expansion opportunities with Sales
Perform against KPIs including billable utilization, project margins, customer satisfaction, and accurate data maintenance
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 4–5 years of relevant experience in management or technology consulting
Strong willingness and track record of performing within a team environment
Proven ability to succeed in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments and adapt quickly to evolving customer needs, tools, and industry trends
Hands-on experience configuring and implementing leading-edge, web-based SaaS applications
Strong interest in leading-edge technologies, including AI and automation, and understanding how Smartsheet capabilities solve business challenges
Experience applying change management and business process optimization strategies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including explaining complex technical subjects to non-technical stakeholders
Experience with business process optimization and Agile project management methodologies
Ability to travel periodically, up to 40%, based on customer and business requirements
