About the role

  • Serve as subject matter expert for paid digital marketing within Smart City Digital
  • Own campaign strategy, execution, and optimization across paid social and search platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads)
  • Set campaign goals and KPIs, allocate budgets per client/property, and develop optimization cadences
  • Monitor daily performance and adjust creative and spend in real time
  • Report on wins, learnings, and performance trends using platform dashboards and custom tracking tools (GA4, UTM, Meta Pixel)
  • Serve as primary point of contact for client communication related to digital marketing and include Associate Director on updates
  • Partner with Associate Director on quarterly reporting calls and monthly reporting
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align campaign goals with client objectives and creative/business strategies
  • Provide oversight and review on campaigns, reports, creative refreshes, and performance optimizations
  • Educate team members, identify trends to test, and build documentation, processes, and scalable workflows
  • Develop paid media strategies, drive ad creative ideation and A/B testing, and stay up to date on platform/privacy changes
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and client satisfaction
  • Manage and support the Digital Marketing team, offering coaching, clear expectations, and development opportunities
  • Support timely and accurate delivery of all reporting
  • Participate in quarterly in-person planning sessions, team events, and occasional one-off meetups

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field is preferred
  • 4+ years of paid media or performance marketing experience
  • 1+ years in a team lead or supervisory role
  • Experience in B2B or lead generation environments required
  • Multifamily or real estate marketing experience is a plus
  • Meta Business Suite (Facebook/Instagram)
  • TikTok Ads Manager
  • Google Ads & GA4
  • Google Tag Manager
  • UTM tracking best practices
  • Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, etc)
  • Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
  • Experience optimizing across multiple budgets and accounts
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping and crouching
  • Availability for escalations may be needed outside of normal business hours
  • Travel up to 10% of the time
  • Must complete Form I-9 and provide documentation to work in the United States
