Acquire new pizzerias and expand relationships with existing partners in the Springfield territory
Be the face of Slice in the local area to help shops drive profitability and growth
Introduce shops to Slice’s Family Membership (Slice Register POS, online ordering, phone ordering, discounted pizza boxes) and tailor solutions to shop needs
Full-cycle outside sales role with the majority of time spent traveling around the territory to meet shop owners in-person
Meet shop owners where they are, identify needs, and introduce the right solutions at the right time
Requirements
They are curious about how everything works and how they can improve it
They love the ambiguity, change and intensity that comes with working at a start-up
They are obsessed with their own performance and how to get better in every aspect of their job
They see feedback as a gift and love being coached
They want to be the best and put in the work – on their own & alongside the team to make that happen
They have a valid driver’s license, vehicle and excitement for local travel
Above all, they are passionate about pizza, entrepreneurs and Slice!
Must be located within the Springfield area in order to be eligible for the position
