About the role
- Support full-cycle recruiting for non-technical roles at all levels, focusing on logistics from initial contact through hiring
- Schedule interviews, manage calendars, and ensure candidates have a positive, organized experience
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to provide logistical support for job postings, interviews, feedback loops, and candidate follow-ups
- Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, providing timely communication throughout the interview journey
- Assist with organizing and attending recruiting events, career fairs, and networking opportunities
- Support onboarding for new hires, ensuring paperwork and logistical details are completed before their first day
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of experience in recruiting coordination or related roles
- Ideally experience in an early-stage startup or high-growth environment
- You are in NYC and excited about an in-person office environment (4-5 days per week)
- Strong organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Ashby
- Positive, proactive attitude and a passion for creating a great experience for candidates
