About the role
- Act as the face of Slice in an assigned Midwest territory
- Acquire new pizzerias and expand relationships with existing partners
- Help shops maximize benefits of Slice’s Family Membership (Slice Register, online ordering, phone ordering, discounted pizza boxes)
- Identify shop needs and introduce appropriate solutions at the right time
- Full-cycle outside sales with majority of time spent traveling in-person across territory
- Responsible for one assigned territory (South Bend, Grand Rapids, Lansing, Detroit, or Cleveland)
- Specify preferred territory when applying
- Participate in the outlined hiring process (application, recruiter meeting, assessment, interviews, creative presentation)
Requirements
- Must be located within the chosen geographical area and specify which territory when applying
- Valid driver’s license, vehicle and excitement for local travel
- Obsession with building strong, long-term relationships with shop owners
- Ability to acquire new pizzerias and expand relationships with existing partners
- Full-cycle outside sales capability; majority of time traveling around territory to meet with shop owners in-person
- Comfortable meeting owners where they are and tailoring solutions to their needs
- Curious, enjoys ambiguity and change, obsessed with performance, receptive to feedback and coaching
- Passionate about pizza, entrepreneurs and Slice
- No specific sales, pizza or technology experience required; company provides training
