Director

• Provide strategic vision and direction to align global supply chain with short and long-term business objectives and product strategies
• Align supplier selection, supplier geographic location and supply chain architecture to long term product and corporate goals
• Direct team to manage commercial terms, should-cost modeling, inventories, and deliveries for a diverse array of components, materials and sub-assemblies, including injection molded parts, machined components, packaging, rubber, fasteners, etc.
• Develop component inventory strategies to support production and meet business objectives.
• Work across the broader Hardware Operations organization to ensure mechanical component delivery, production planning, manufacturing output, and fulfillment to meet on-time delivery
• Work collaboratively with Hardware Engineering teams early in the design process to ensure components are cost-effective, manufacturable, and supply-secure at scale. You will maintain a tight feedback loop—balancing technical requirements with supplier capabilities, lead times, and risk so that design decisions support both performance and reliable execution
• Establish a supplier assessment process, including quantitative measures, ratings and feedback for specific key criteria
• Support long range capacity planning for sourcing decisions based on S&OP and pipeline scenarios.
• Work closely with Business Systems and other internal departments to continuously improve material and production planning methods, systems, and processes
• Hire, mentor and develop a diverse and high performing team
• Set clear priorities and establish a culture of continuous learning. Prudent risk taking is valued but learning from mistakes is imperative for success

Director – Global Supply Management

Engineer

• Design and implement scalable, extensible, interactive data pipelines and annotation workflows
• Build tools that leverage state-of-the-art machine learning systems for efficient data exploration and curation across the fleet of Skydio drones
• Design and implement pipelines for data ingestion, versioning, model training, deployment and monitoring
• Optimize and scale deep learning training workflows to improve team iteration velocity
• Leverage your expertise and best-practices to uphold and improve Skydio’s engineering standards

Autonomy Engineer – ML & DL Infrastructure

Security Engineer

• Review RFCs and partner with engineering teams on architectural decisions that have security implications
• Design and build internal security systems end to end, including roadmap areas such as web application firewalls and vulnerability risk management tooling
• Harden and improve security-related production software components as opportunities for better resilience and protection are identified
• Partner with Compliance to translate FedRAMP, SOC 2, Texas RAMP, ISO 27001, and CJIS requirements into practical technical controls
• Improve how we monitor, prioritize, patch, and respond to vulnerabilities across our cloud footprint
• Contribute to authentication and identity systems across cloud and corporate environments, including SSO and SCIM implementations
• Participate in the security team’s on-call rotation

Senior Software Engineer – Security

Events

• Own end-to-end planning and delivery of Skydio’s Customer Summits, including regional and national programs.
• Manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics across multiple summits annually.
• Coordinate venues, vendors, catering, A/V, signage, staffing, travel, and on-site execution.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and GTM teams to develop agendas, content, and experiences aligned to customer needs.
• Ensure a polished, consistent, and premium Skydio brand experience across all summit touchpoints.
• Support planning and execution of industry trade shows, regional field events, and customer engagements across the U.S.
• Serve as on-site lead or support for assigned events, ensuring smooth execution from load-in to breakdown.
• Coordinate logistics for demo assets, marketing equipment, and event materials.
• Represent Skydio on-site with professionalism, enthusiasm, and strong brand presence.
• Troubleshoot logistical, technical, or operational issues quickly and calmly during live events.

Field Marketing Event Manager

• Design, implement and deploy deep learning models with a particular focus on computational photography applications such as super-resolution, multi-frame denoising, low light imaging, High Dynamic Range (HDR) imaging etc.
• Leverage massive amounts of real world video and other sensor data for data mining, curation, labeling, training and evaluation
• Leverage large scale and diverse synthetic data to power deep learning algorithms
• Leverage state-of-the-art foundation models for knowledge distillation and label efficient learning

Support Engineer

• Assist with customer failure analysis triage involving Skydio drones, docks, and accessories.
• Assist with work to identify product failures that require Engineering or Manufacturing changes.
• Help with proactive product quality initiatives involving customers and product updates/upgrades.
• Make improvements to diagnostic processes used by Skydio Support team TSRs to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
• Assist other PSEs in creating content for weekly/monthly feature/bug prioritization and planning meetings with Product teams.
• Assist TSRs and PSEs in swarming high-priority product incidences to mitigate operational downtime risk.

• Re-architect and maintain the ever growing needs on our Kubernetes fleet and its supporting infrastructure.
