About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support day-to-day shipping and receiving operations across HQ.
  • Coordinate domestic and international outbound shipments.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for carrier pickups and shipment tracking.
  • Assist with setup and breakdown of onsite events and employee engagement activities.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of logistics staging areas and shared storage locations.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics, shipping and receiving, warehouse operations, supply chain support, workplace operations, or a related role.
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on operational environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with vendors, carriers, internal teams, and employees across a variety of functions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with parcel carriers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, and freight forwarders.
  • Ability to lift and move packages and equipment up to 75 lbs.
