About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support day-to-day shipping and receiving operations across HQ.
Coordinate domestic and international outbound shipments.
Serve as a primary point of contact for carrier pickups and shipment tracking.
Assist with setup and breakdown of onsite events and employee engagement activities.
Maintain organization and cleanliness of logistics staging areas and shared storage locations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience in logistics, shipping and receiving, warehouse operations, supply chain support, workplace operations, or a related role.
Comfortable working in a hands-on operational environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to coordinate effectively with vendors, carriers, internal teams, and employees across a variety of functions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working with parcel carriers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, and freight forwarders.
Ability to lift and move packages and equipment up to 75 lbs.
