Program Manager

• Lead and drive all aspects of implementation and delivery of Skydio products to Government and Commercial customers in the APAC region
• Be Skydio’s primary customer liaison and broadly responsible for the success of our accounts in the region
• Work hand in hand with APAC Regional Managers, Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product Management, and Manufacturing Operations

Program Manager, APAC – Taiwan

Customer Support

• Serve as a trusted on‑site and remote advisor to Army stakeholders, owning day‑to‑day customer relationships and closing the loop between Program Management, Product, Support, and Engineering teams
• Plan and execute SRR fielding, new equipment training (NET), sustainment, and modernization events across CONUS/OCONUS units
• Develop and refine field support processes to accelerate escalation, debugging, and root‑cause analysis
• Become a subject‑matter expert on Skydio products, processes, specifications, and roadmap—especially for U.S. Army SRR workflows and requirements
• Achieve and maintain advanced proficiency by becoming a certified Skydio UAS Operator and Trainer
• Deliver on‑the‑job training in maintenance and operations for UAS aircraft and associated test equipment
• Create and improve written inspection procedures, drawings, and maintenance instructions
• Provide on‑site company representation and technical support; initiate corrective actions for maintenance, repair, and replacement issues and ensure issue closure and documentation
• Capture and communicate Soldier feedback to inform product updates, documentation, and training materials tailored to Army SRR users

Field Support Representative

• Lead and drive all aspects of implementation and delivery for Law Enforcement Customers, including cost, performance, scheduling, project planning, technical execution, risk management and problem solving
• Serve as Skydio's Law Enforcement customer liaison and broadly responsible for the success of contracts
• Learn technical concepts quickly and employ them; dig into details to understand program dependencies and manage technical and program risks
• Utilize technical capability with program management skills to deliver outcomes for the customer
• Provide input into a wide range of technical activities; collaborate with Customer Success, Technical Support, Product, Marketing, Development and Engineering teams
• Plan and design end-to-end project deployment and integration activities to ensure successful launch and operational success; manage production and implementation programs against cost, schedule and technical requirements
• Understand customer requirements and translate them to Skydio’s agile product and technical teams to drive development and delivery execution
• Establish relationships with Law Enforcement customers and build & drive plans with engineering teams to meet milestones
• Inform Skydio and customer business and program leaders regarding contract management risks and opportunities, ensuring coordinated approach to product delivery

Senior Program Manager – Major Deployments

Solutions Engineer

• Lead technical discovery and implementation with federal customers, understanding customer requirements through technical discovery and demonstrating Skydio product lines to win deals
• Act as glue between product and sales teams, understand customer’s requirements and Skydio’s specifications, and build achievable plans to implement Skydio technology to specification
• Drive Skydio’s understanding of customer requirements, identify customer key metrics of success, and conduct Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) and relevant field trials
• Prepare and conduct all aspects of system demonstrations, including independently setting up developmental equipment, operating/troubleshooting the system, and presenting its values to customers and partners
• Lead all aspects of system validation and customer implementations to ensure successful deployment
• Provide subject matter expertise in federal contracting validation exercises and guide Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams
• Support business development through technical writing for RFIs and RFPs
• Support product roadmap definition and requirements by acting as an SME and “voice of the customer” for Federal customers

Marketing

Serve as Skydio’s face on a nationwide marketing roadshow vehicle; drive and maintain the vehicle and set up events.
Support live product demonstrations for public safety and utility audiences; troubleshoot drones and AV equipment.
Represent Skydio at field marketing events, trade shows, and customer engagements; collect feedback and coordinate with GTM.
Conduct routine checks on drones, audiovisual equipment, and the marketing vehicle; resolve technical issues on-site.
Build rapport with attendees, communicate customer insights to marketing and product teams.

Field Marketing Manager

Supply Chain

• The Deployment Logistics Coordinator is a tactical project manager responsible for driving successful dock deployments across an assigned region or “book of business”. Acting as the quarterback between internal teams, partners, and customers, you’ll coordinate schedules, track progress, and remove blockers to ensure on-time, high-quality deployments.
• This is a hands-on, detail-focused role suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced field operations, enjoys managing logistics, and is comfortable with basic technical problem solving.
• Own deployment timelines, task tracking, and day-to-day execution from scheduling and shipping through install and go-live.
• Coordinate across Deployment Engineers, Manufacturing, Solution Engineers, Support, Training, partners, and customers to keep projects on track.
• Serve as the central point of contact for deployment logistics, status updates, and scheduling.
• Ensure site readiness, communicate requirements, and drive follow-through on customer or partner action items.
• Maintain accurate project data in Salesforce and other systems of record, while providing regular updates and surfacing risks early.
• Capture deployment checklists, documentation, and photos for revenue recognition, and ensure smooth handoff to account/support teams.
• Identify process bottlenecks, recurring blockers, or field insights and share them to improve deployment playbooks and SOPs.
• Contribute to defining and refining deployment workflows as the role and organization evolve.

Deployment Logistics Coordinator

Support Engineer

• Our support team provides best-in-class service to our growing commercial customer base while meeting or exceeding our service level agreements as defined by our business requirements.
• We’re looking for a technical product support professional who is passionate about helping commercial customers get the most out of industry-leading autonomous UAS drone investments. You’ll assist Skydio pilots and drone operators in understanding product features, troubleshooting software, hardware, and cloud issues, and recommending best practices for safely and effectively flying.
• Location: Must be based in the Eastern Time Zone
• Working Hours: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM ET. Occasional weekends and/or holiday shifts may be required.
• Travel: This role may require traveling to regional customer sites up to 10% of the time.

Senior Technical Support Representative

• Work in a small team of high-performing individuals who provide drone and cloud feature deep diagnostics and advisory services to Skydio’s growing Federal and Enterprise customers.\n• Combine your relevant experience with hands-on Skydio product knowledge to help keep Skydio customers' pilots flying, and our engineering and marketing teams plugged into the customer experience.\n• Work daily with hardware and software components that may involve on-device firmware troubleshooting, mission usage / configuration optimization, and 1st / 3rd party cloud network issue diagnostics.\n• Utilizing log analysis, existing incident tickets and internal documentations, you will use your technical troubleshooting skills to determine the root cause of various flight issues, provide mitigation recommendations to customers, and collaborate with product teams to achieve issue resolutions.\n• Be the conduit between Skydio and our Federal customers with the ability to address all advanced technical support questions our customers may have in a timely manner.\n• Working with the Product and Engineering teams to communicate and elevate the customers “voice” to internal stakeholders and prioritize and understand development timelines.\n• Develop effective triage and resolution techniques to reduce the number of technical escalations into Product and Engineering teams.\n• Be a domain expert on Skydio products and subsystems down to the component level, and proactively seek clarity with internal stakeholders when you need additional insight or clarity.\n• Work closely with the Fed Customer Success and Field Service Representatives to provide priority response playbooks and after-action reporting (AAR) to our Federal customer base.\n• Own the Federal segment of our enterprise after-sales support engagements, working closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to deliver top-quality support for our customers, and build support processes that are relevant to these verticals.\n• Be flexible: Willing and enthusiastic to work on multiple projects, both tactical and strategic as needed.
