About the role
- Lead and support Drivers at the Thessaloniki hub, including daily check-ins and training
- Provide driver app training and support via chat and calls, and offer merchant support
- Monitor drivers' routes and use tools like Upkeep or Google Sheets to update fleet availability and status
- Assist in warehouse traffic management planning and execution
- Collaborate with Operations, Warehouse, HR and Support teams to track driver assessments and performance
- Observe, review and analyze processes to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements (e.g., daily loading procedure)
- Manage driver portfolios, analyze feedback, and propose operational improvements
- Empower Drivers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries and high customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Experience in a fast-paced working environment
- Familiarity with business software applications (e.g. Google Suite)
- Previous experience in Logistics or Operations is considered a strong plus
- Excellent communication skills
