About the role
- Lead and support Drivers at the hub in Menidi, Athens, including daily check-ins and training
- Provide driver support via app training, chat/calls, merchant support, and route monitoring
- Use tools (Upkeep, Google Sheets) to monitor and update fleet availability and status
- Assist in warehouse traffic management planning and execution
- Collaborate with Operations, Warehouse, HR, Dispatch/Support teams to track drivers' assessments and performance
- Observe, review, and analyze processes to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements (e.g., daily loading procedure)
- Manage driver portfolios and analyze feedback to drive operational improvements
- Empower Drivers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries, exceeding customer expectations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Experience in a fast-paced working environment
- Familiarity with business software applications (e.g. Google Suite)
- Previous experience in Logistics or Operations (strong plus)
- Excellent communication skills
- High bar for accuracy and detail
