About the role
- Lead all content creation across social media, email, web, and other channels
- Oversee Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn accounts including planning, scheduling, and performance tracking
- Create and edit copy for posts and design corresponding graphics
- Manage comments, messages, and community engagement
- Lead creative projects from concept to execution and produce design assets when needed
- Serve as primary liaison with design team, maintain design tracker, and hold regular check-ins
- Own the marketing content calendar from ideation through delivery and ensure deadlines are met
- Oversee monthly and quarterly newsletters, design email templates, and assist with testing prior to send
- Manage creative assets for partner campaigns, event marketing, and paid campaign creatives
- Support photo/video shoot planning, influencer campaigns, and other timely brand initiatives
Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally combining creative direction, hands-on design, social media, and copywriting
- Proven ability to manage multiple creative projects with competing deadlines
- Strong understanding of social media best practices (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong grasp of brand voice
- Experience collaborating with design teams and managing creative production workflows
- Hands-on design and copywriting experience
- Experience supporting influencer campaigns, photo and video shoot planning
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
