About the role
- Performing IT site due diligences to identify needs for new offices and newly acquired businesses
- Design IT build-out strategies for new office locations, including leading technical site project plans
- Manage and coordinate technical vendors for onsite technical work, including cabling, network & infrastructure implementations
- Collaborating with Denovo, Implementation, and Acquisitions teams to identify equipment needs, create delivery timelines, and manage end-user, office, and network equipment installations for offices nationally
- Hands-on equipment installations
- Resolve onsite technical support issues for small to medium sized medical practice offices
- Perform end-user training on business systems and equipment as needed
- When not in the field, perform other IT related duties as directed by IT Leadership including working standard helpdesk tickets
- Position may involve up to 60% travel in Texas (Dallas, Austin, Houston area)
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred
- Proven experience in a customer service or technical support role, preferably in an IT helpdesk environment
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking concepts
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 60% within Texas (Dallas, Austin, Houston area)
